They have a surgery for deviated septum. I'm about to get the surgery, myself. The physician told me most men who have participated in sport/martial arts,military or just been in a fair few fights will have one or both septums deviated. Simple procedure to have the check on the issue done.

The breathing issue often gets worse as you get older

I had this op years ago and never looked back. Prior to the op I really struggled to breathe through my nose. One nostril was totally blocked and the other half blocked. I'm able to breathe perfect through either now. My lad has the same problem, so trying to convince him to get his straightened.

Good luck. I had a septoplasty last year and while the surgery itself is minor, the following weeks are tough going. Not so much pain, but annoyance of being a full-time mouth-breather while the nose settles. The shite that comes out of the nose in the weeks following surgery is ridiculous.

I think it’s smart. If Gundo stays he covers Rodri/Phillips/Gundo. Gundo and Phillips can’t play every game, Rodri can but shouldn’t.

If he goes I agree with you Rice is the replacement. Good to see West Ham sticking it to Arsenal and not getting bullied, also may be more than happy to deal with us.

Just what happens with Phillips? I’d be happy to see him stay but another year like the one just gone he has to go. Rodri/Phillips/Rice/Kovacic certainly means the middle is covered.

i think that would be about right mate, two wingers if Mahrez leaves

Phillips still hasn't proven anything remotely close to being behind Rodri properly. He could still stay one year and try, but Rice would fit the role of a 6, if Rodri needs a rest, but he also could work as a 8.

Me too, no doubt Gundo is the better player but certainly a mini refresh with Rice and Kovacic coming in. Fresh energy, legs and hunger.

Although, it seems 90% likely Rice will go to Arsenal.
