Still think west ham would be a better move for Phillips as he would likely play more. If he went to Newcastle then the moment Tonali gets back Phillips will be on the bench! Not gonna play much at the dippers either but £35m plus and I’m sure the club would take it
A full England international, you would only need 3 clubs interested to help bump a fee to that kind of price, the homegrown quota will help in that regard also.Maybe but they won't be scrambling to buy him

The guy looked a good player for Leeds and I'm sure. He will look a good player for a Wolves, Everton, even Newcastle.
Our style and Pep obviously just hasn't suited him.
