Grand - pretty much a stock reply whenever he's mentioned. Most recently he broke the story about Pep's contract, so the perpetual idea that he doesn't have any club connections is a bit daft.
If that’s true we should be all over that. But don’t see why they drop even further when they were so tight on the £100m asking price last season.
It was his clause rather than anything else and they didn't have to sell post-June, having sold Minteh and that lad to Forest. Bit of a different situation now. £66m still seems light to me

Yea, i wouldn't go near guimaraes for 100 million (which is what i thought/expect it will take) but if we could get him for 60 odd million in jan I'd snap their hand off, all things consideredIf that’s true we should be all over that. But don’t see why they drop even further when they were so tight on the £100m asking price last season.

I don’t get this myself, a player is either good enough for us or he isn’t. His price doesn’t change his ability. For me the question is do we think he is a player that makes us better than anyone else available ,if yes can we afford him ,if yes then get him . I don't think he's that cash strapped he will have to sell his house if he moves mate.Heard that Alexander Arnold has applied for planning permission for a 5 a side pitch at his house,it's unlikely he's leaving the dippers

The bell needs ringing loudly in January. After four dormant transfer windows we are in trouble. Failure to qualify for next seasons Champions League, will make it harder to get the desired quality we badly need.

Wide player to replace Grealish - doesnt add enough going forward either in creativity or goals - if we are thinking of playing him central then we need better.
