well usually in the past few years we knew who our targets were around the end of the season. last season mahrez and jorginho being our targets were widely reported, the season before that we knew we would go for alexis mendy ederson and walker, the year before that the links to sane laporte stones and gundogan were also pretty strong before the season ended. this year city have kept it unusually quite about their targets in that we dont know a single target apart from rodri maybe.
