I wouldn't go that far he's a quality defender Ned. I think it's a good deal all round and he's a great signing for QPR.

I agree, the way I see it is players need to use training to show what they have to offer and if they fail to do this they don't get the opportunity to show their quality in matches.

The fact is he went to Sunderland on loan and even they choose to have 2 below average former rags in John O'Shea and Wes Brown over him.
