It's Quiet 9 - maybe just maybe

Didn't Tolmie already confirm he was alluding to De Rossi?

The Glen Campbell & London Boys videos would suggest a winger and someone involving one of the London clubs, though.

Seems unlikely, but could there be more than one on the way....?

Drogba?

Lennon , AOC , Sturridge ???

Spanish rumour mongers believe we are or will in summer make a serious attempt to sign Di Maria. Best winger in the world at the moment.

It's got to be DDR.

A freedom for Tooting one!

Citizen Smith !!
Citizen as in City and Smith as in Silva ?
Am I way off Tolm ??

I reckon this is spot on - the Tooting link is Citizen Smith, and the main character in that show was called Wolfie. 'I lupi' is the nickname of Roma, and means 'Wolves'.

This and RM's trip to Italy points to DDR - fingers crossed there is something in it.

The Italian media say the pen is virtually in De Rossi's hand to sign his new contract, although there will be a low buy-out clause if Roma don't make the Champions League.

There are reports Daniele De Rossi could sign a five-year contract with Roma worth €6m per season, but it has an unusual buy-out clause.

The ‘Future Captain’ has been at the centre of renegotiations for many months now and his current deal expires in June.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the club is edging closer to an agreement with De Rossi and his entourage.

The 28-year-old is ready to sign a five-year contract worth €6m per season, but it has an unusual buy-out clause.

The figure of the buy-out clause is not that steep, placed at around €15m, but it would have to be exercised a month before the end of the season.

This would allow Roma plenty of time to find a suitable replacement should De Rossi decide to move on.

15m in the summer would still be well, well worth it. Especially if we could get him in early doors no fuss for a full preseason.
