Atm it doesn't look likely that anyone will come this jan.

But can see us spending big in summer again. Assuming we'll win the league. We have seen this season that good league form doesn't always transform into good cup form.

Going so early out from the FA cup and CL is a disappointment. But can see the board and Mancini really pushing for all the 4 competitions next season. And to make sure we do well in all of the competitions by strenghtening the squad alot. Aswell as shipping the deadwood. We need badly quality back-up especially in defence.

Tolmie clearly gets info from somewhere. It is a risk to share info. But Richards is right, when it comes down to it this is for fun, this thread happens every window. It is fun and popular. The people who enjoy it most don't take it too seriously but rather enjoy the ride (that is not to say that TH doesn't post some real info).

MANCHESTER CITY ace Roque Santa Cruz is after a permanent move to Spain.

The Paraguayan striker is on loan at Real Betis and has also had talks with Sevilla.

He said: "I have no desire to return to City."

I could see Sevilla being realistic but Betis are in administration and he's on huge wages.

if he has 'no desire to return to City' he'll have to take a wage cut to move elsewhere or we should stick him in our reserves until the contract expires. Him saying he has 'no desire to return to us' while we're paying a large chunk of his wages (likely) is an absolute disgrace.
