Ha and lost to Iceland whereas Wales may have made the final with me playing!And we'd STILL have beaten Wales last summer.

Nothing in this i believe, boss from work was at the belfry. He met and had a chat with guardiola who is apparently playing in icons of football event there all weekend.
Pep have nothing to do with our transfer negotiations though?

That doesn't really work though. I wouldn't give a shit if City lost to Zorya Luhansk in the group stages of next years CL if we got to the final.
Similarly, I wouldn't care if we beat Real Madrid back to back if we got knocked out in the last 16.
Bragging about beating someone in the group stage of a competition they did well in, and you did badly in is just a bit sad.
