I forgot to add "IN MY OPINION" at the end of the post mate. I try and have an informed opinion especially when I post in this thread as I understand how quickly people run with things. Just wanted to add that so that nobody else gets their fucking knickers on a twist.

The problem with this thread is that most years there's an awful lot of speculation as to who are targets are and there's generally a few drawn out sagas. This time round it's all been done quickly, quietly, and efficiently killing much of the 'speculation' that normally fuels it. Everyone should relax. We're gonna sign Walker, Mendy, Alves, Bertrand, Sanchez and a CB. If we're lucky there'll be a surprise after all of them, but if not those will do. Happy days.

That would do me mate!..happy with that!;) I listened to Sam(goal) say on Podcast, that we wanted to sign 2-5 players "more" before the US tour...if we dont, clearly those deals were not done as quickly as the club (and fans) had hoped. Big summer, big turnover in squad...its not the end of the world but getting most of those in for pre-season is more important this year, than most years....Getting Sanchez signed the last day of the transfer window wouldnt be a big issue for the squad, he knows Pep and the playing style but with 4 new fullbacks, it would be a big advantage to get those guys in as early as possible...
