Now that average/good players are going for north of 50 million it will eventually lead to a major issue for the transfer of top players.
75+ for lukaku is a joke.
The very top players will soon be unbuyable!.
200 mil plus, for two arms and two legs.50% of turnover would be silly.

Better to keep buying potential and selling them on with buy back clauses.

Good post. Yes the game is awash with cash but its borderline ridiculous the transfer fee's we are now witnessing for even average and good players, let alone the world class players available.

Makes our buys of late all the more sweeter though when you think what we have paid for some real crackers when someone like Lukaku is going to cost possibly 3 times more than what Jesus cost us and thats just one you could mention.
