I agree that Mbappe isn't top of our priority list as there's a fair few full-backs we need to be signing, but I'm sure we're capable of negotiating for multiple players at the same time.

Depends on where you are from. The State Department has a Visa Waiver Program. It allows nationals from a list of nation's to travel to the USA for 90 days for tourism or business with no need for a Visa.
