Either way we should see how Garcia does in La Liga if he plays a full season and impresses he will get a shot as he is the perfect Pep DM and Pep rates him highly. If he is not good enough we should be all over Diawara or Weigl. I also believe Matt Smith has wat it takes to be a top class DM.

the point was age, 18 able to be considered club trained
scouting, any fool can buy a 50 million pound player but it takes a good scout to find quality yet to flourish
Iheanacho was a brilliant buy not because of how much we will make but because he was better at the time than our youth and good enough to push Bony out thus raising the standard of city, this type of signing city should make every year
Garcia is a great footballer but slow and that is why he failed to oust Delph
Kessie and Diawara have a few things in common they are both better than our youth and both moved for a lot of money after it became obvious they were very good at a young age
