Jonny Evans is worth about the £18m we offered. He has 200+ Prem match experience and 60+ caps for NI. We will need to pay £25m because we need to take West Broms captain and key player. for WB, they will need to spend more to replace him. He also has HG profile.

Patrick Roberts has approx 60 of appearances for Fulham and Celtic, no nowhere near the experience. KI was £25m with 50 prem appearances and 10 caps.

Patrick Roberts is probably more closer to £12m but we are a selling club here so buying clubs can be vultures.

So actually, real value id say there is only £6m between them
