It's Quiet - a new dawn

It's all about politics at the moment.

Where it could get very interesting, is if Messi doesn't get the outcome he wants from the Barca board. And that's not just Messi either, all the top players.

They clearly want a change & if they don't get the one they want, then I imagine anything is possible. Barca are not right at the moment, that's clear to anyone.

Sancho to Spurs today. Bit gutted given his potential, but c'est la vie.

Don't really care tbh if he keeps his attitude up he wont make it. There are plenty of crazy talented kids in the academy that do wan't to be there and fight for it rather have them then someone who is forcing a move at the age of 17. Someone with less talent but a better attitude will go further because as always hard work exceeds talent if talent doesn't work hard.

That's a shame.

It will be interesting to see how he goes. If the whole homesick, went home every week thing is true, it could go really well for him or really badly - particularly as he said himself that one of the reasons for him leaving there in the first place was bad influences back hom.

On the pitch I think everyone knows he's still quite a way from the finished product and i'll be surprised if Pochettino uses him with any regularity before he's 19/20, but he could be phenomenal.

Sad that he went about leaving in a very bad way, he may be 17 but just running away and not answering phone calls isn't the way to do things, which is a poor reflection on his advisers as well and makes you wonder what they'll tell him to do at 19/20/21 if he does well but Spurs aren't winning things and in the CL every year. Apparently we could get up to £4m for him which is a silver lining.

I just hope Foden/Tosin/Diaz get game time and any future situations like this are over before they begin, and it's not an issue for the Doyle/Richards/Duncan generation.

Smart kid, come to City and get the best schooling around for a few years and then move back home.

Hopefully others don't follow his lead.
