Arsenal evidently think it wiser to sell rather than lose him for nothing next season, so the question now is whether that logic extends to Sanchez.

They will definitely sell us Sanchez, if they were serious about keeping him, no negotiations would have taken place.

Arsenal may not get the 70m they want but at the end of the day even 60m now is better than an unhappy player all season and ZERO next summer.
