I mean, people have been talking about Messi to City for years and the club's interest is very open, never mind the media's (the Sun mostly) by-weekly "Messi to City" article s.

If that's the route, it's probably then Neymar. Not sure who else would command more than Dybala would. Griezmann? Probably not.

TBH it sounds like bollocks to me. Mundo are pretty hit and miss at the best of times. But if it true then it'll be one of those two for sure. Right now they're the only two players in the world I see City breaking the transfer record for.
