Well if the Marca tweet is true about a Euro 100m bid being made and turned down, and if it was from us, doesn't that indicate the player has suggested he is open to us? I believe we don't bid unless we are sure the player wants us?

I don't believe that was our bid, we know they value him higher than €100m. I'd guess that was Arsenal's in an attempt to get fans to renew their season tickets.
