It's Quiet - a new dawn

Well approximately 1,750,000 years ago, hominids developed speech.

And with that they became able to convey their thoughts and ideas to other hominids.
For real? How come no one told me about this?

Are you saying Pep rang up Lee today or are you saying Lee knew about Bernado Silva all along and had his interview report just waiting?

Yaya came to play with his brother. Silva was a brilliant opportunistic signing. Sergio was gagging to go to Real Madrid, but they couldn't break their treaty, and Mancini was the only person mad enough to take a punt on balotelli. It also helped that we blew everyone else out of the water on wage terms.

None of them signed in May, and none of them arrived hours after talks started so wind your neck in.

Stop being a twat. I never said it was impossible that we could make good signings before Pep, but every single player we've bought since he came has credited him as the biggest reason they are here.
YaYa came to play with his brother? Silva was an opportunistic signing? Please can you pass on the crack-pipe. We could all do with some of what you're on. Yaya - only here for Kolo. You heard it first hear folks. Up next...KDB "If it hadn't been for the fact my sister-in-law lives in Eccles, I'd have gone to Bayern Munich."

The day Yaya Touré signed for Manchester City, in his first interview he said:

"I saw a lot of things in the press about why I left Barcelona," says Touré. "But for me, I wanted to play with my brother, Kolo, one time. In football, you do not know what will happen tomorrow, and [to play with Kolo] was very important to me."
So, yeah, he came to play with his brother.

Bellend.

Its crazy to think this could be our squad for next year:

----------------Ederson------------------
Walker---Stones----Kompany---Mendy
----------------Fabinho------------------
Silva------Silva----De Bruyne-----Sane
-----------------Aguero------------------

Subs: Bravo, Otamendi, Fernandinho, Toure, Gundogan, Sterling, Jesus

Thats leaving out Delph, Kolarov, Iheanacho, Garcia, Maffeo, Roberts etc and not including the possibility of signing Sanchez.

it looks amazing on paper. my worry is keeping all the players happy and lack of defensive players on the bench. i dont think we have a first 11 anymore, the whole squad is the first team.

Chill out man...seems you love a fight

If, as has been suggested, there are a bunch of signings to be announced in the next week, it will be good to get the important business done early. Pep bemoaned the lack of preseason last year. As a result, the players had to learn his way on the run during the season and we suffered to an extent for it.

Some pretty pretty football coming with a good preseason drummed into all the lads -- new and returning.
