Any club has the opportunity to delay a ban. Remember when Barca/Real/Atletico got theirs. They challenged it and delayed the date it started.

That's what I think too! Don't think Pep thinks as rigidly as most. I think he'll want a new starting RB safe in the knowledge he could potentially have 2 x CMs in Fabinho and Fernandinho that can fill in their as and when needed

What? It doesn't seem you have much knowledge on the CAS process, there is zero chance of a transfer ban this summer. The hearing will be Vélez Sarsfield vs City+FIFA+The FA. I wouldn't even bet 5 quid on them winning that one.
