And here is the problem ^^^^
People have to realize that info might be given out at an early stage of enquiries or negotiations, this does not mean that the said player has signed.
Example:
I posted last April that we was going for Glen Johnson in the summer along with other targets but people take that as if they've signed?
We made enquires and it went no further as he wanted Champs Footy with the Dippers.
These things can happen at an early or late stage with enquiries/negotiations....that's buisness.
One thing i do know is that this club is only going to get bigger and stronger and that's all that matters in my eyes.
This is true. In the run up to Pearce's last January transfer window, I posted (on MuEN) that the club were going to sign a well known striker but I wouldn't give the name until someone else revealed it, which eventually someone did. The striker was Cisse whose Welsh wife apparently wasn't keen on living abroad: he was on loan at Marseille. My info came from a City player who, for obvious reasons if you've read recent pages on this thread, knew DC. In the end, he didn't sign and I don't know why but I'm pretty sure he would have been signed in the following window if both Pearce and /or Wardle had remained at the club but the goal posts shifted when Thaksin arrived. I also posted on the MuEN that Corradi would go to Spurs with Mido going in the other direction but the plug was pulled by Spurs at the last minute. Two weeks after the window closed, the MuEN did mention in one of their stories that Corradi would have gone to Spurs...
I know that there are people about who do get info but I also know that Gary Cook does not like people circulating info. Whether all the people that claim to have contacts are genuine is another matter but one thing is certain: done deals are only done deals when they are done.
