I reckon those deals involve players going the other way so will take longer. We have to agree with them what we think the players are worth and likewise them with us for certain players. With the way Viana is operating this summer, we can forget about paying big money for MGW and Livramento.
This guy is clearly a no nonsense negotiator and won't pay a penny more than what he thinks the player is worth.
I think if we are still interested in MGW or Livramento, Hugo will no doubt be saying to them, if you want City your going to have to push it yourself.
We are operating like Real Madrid knowing full well these players want City. If they want the move badly, it's up to them to push it. We are not going to act like a charity to their club.
Rags are so far down the table, they don't realize it's top 5 now.Had a rag in the gym before tell me our signings are “solid” before going on to inform me the rags are getting top 4 if they get Mbuemo.
I can get behind that being a top 10 front-line. But its clearly not better than Us, Assnal, Pool, or Newcastle. And nothing to suggest its above Brighton, Spurs, Villa, Forest, or Bournemouth at this moment. All these clubs scored 58+ goals last season compared to Uniteds 44.To be fair, if they get Cunha, Mbuemo and Gyokeres who now is saying he wants United, that's a top 4 front line.
Their midfield is all over the place though, and if they keep Onana, forget it.
Hopefully a proper right back, that has to be the priority surely?OK. Lets move on. Who's next?
Katie Price likes this.OK. Lets move on. Who's next?
Hugo Viana getting a lot of credit and rightly so but also credit to txiki to as hes also part of this transfer window.
Yeah, by fuckin off
Talking about xG overachievers, Mbeumo scored 20 goals from a non-penalty xG of 7.5.. Extremely unlikely to happen again unless his performances improve drastically.I can get behind that being a top 10 front-line. But its clearly not better than Us, Assnal, Pool, or Newcastle. All these guys could be great, but they still have something to prove (AKA can they do it at a shite depressing club where everybody sucks). Cunha was the leagues biggest overachiever in terms of XG last season. Gyokeres did it in Portugal. Mbuemo not played in a system like Amorims and I've got to question his sporting ambition after choosing United over the others interested.
Them lot are only top 4 wankers.
Sorry mate, forgot to put the lol lmfao hehehe after it so people don't get offended by a jokeHarsh
at least 2 at a guess. Is that it after the 3 early signings, or are there more players to come?
Fair play to hugo txixi etc well done but the real work is gonna be the offloading players. Gonna be difficult but interesting
McAtee (first gone i reckon should be striaght foward and a good fee 22-25m
Grealish (were fucked, gonna be like the
scum with Rashford,Sancho etc Loan with wages 50 50)
Walker (fuck knows hes wages are big)
Stones (injury issues and huge wages)
Phillips (who in their right mind takes him)
Bernardo Gundo Ake (big wages age not on their side)
Reis
Echeverri
(Potentially but unlikely)Bobb Khusanov
All will be easy to secure loans for.
Gonna be very interesting
Bargain…
I'm expecting a fair few loan deals if we can't sell. The World Cup next year will help us as players will want to play so will force moves more if they're not playing.Fair play to hugo txixi etc well done but the real work is gonna be the offloading players. Gonna be difficult but interesting

Hugo so far seems immune to City TaxWe really could be getting Reijnders Ait Nouri and Cherki for UNDER 100million. Thats serious business
Gundo and Bernardo would go out. MGW would come in, we really need to solve for NHG.I don’t understand why we would be, we are advanced with two midfielders already one done why would we need a third?
Cherki
Reijnders
Rodri
Gundo
Bernardo
Foden
Kova
That’s a solid midfield depth. Unless a few of those are going. Could only see Gundo
World cup is our biggest leverage. Go out permanently/loan or sit on the bench/not in squad and miss out on WC.I'm expecting a fair few loan deals if we can't sell. The World Cup next year will help us as players will want to play so will force moves more if they're not playing.
