I reckon those deals involve players going the other way so will take longer. We have to agree with them what we think the players are worth and likewise them with us for certain players.
 
Why is it that we're awash with oil money yet signing players for £35m???? Wtf is going on?

I can get behind that being a top 10 front-line. But its clearly not better than Us, Assnal, Pool, or Newcastle. And nothing to suggest its above Brighton, Spurs, Villa, Forest, or Bournemouth at this moment. All these clubs scored 58+ goals last season compared to Uniteds 44.

All these guys could be great, but they still have something to prove (AKA can they do it at a shite depressing club where everybody sucks). Cunha was the leagues biggest overachiever in terms of XG last season. Gyokeres did it in Portugal. Mbuemo not played in a system like Amorims and I've got to question his sporting ambition after choosing United over the others interested.

Them lot are only top 4 wankers.

Talking about xG overachievers, Mbeumo scored 20 goals from a non-penalty xG of 7.5.. Extremely unlikely to happen again unless his performances improve drastically.

Good point...if Hugo manages to continues buying at great value, but then sells all the above at top draw prices I'll be mightily impressed with his early work! Personally think the offloading will be a real difficulty for him, unless he's got some creative ways of doing so up his sleeve.

I'm expecting a fair few loan deals if we can't sell. The World Cup next year will help us as players will want to play so will force moves more if they're not playing.

Gundo and Bernardo would go out. MGW would come in, we really need to solve for NHG.

World cup is our biggest leverage. Go out permanently/loan or sit on the bench/not in squad and miss out on WC.
