We have 3 under 21s in that 21 list , who could still all play in premier league ok

We would need to pick 3 obviously to not be in champs league squad

But technically we don’t have to off load 4. Just 1

It is a completely meaningless technicality. Technically we could also let the whole lot go, there are enough players in the academy.

Ederson, Dias, Gvardiol, Rodri, Reijnders, Foden and Haaland.

It's the wide areas that are a concern for me. I think we lack real top class quality.

If Foden gets his mojo back I could see Foden and Cherki being pretty much interchangeable in the wide right and 10 role.

I think this is the issue here. Our right back options are not strong enough and this does impact the effectiveness of whoever plays in front of them. Hopefully we can find the right player..

Yeah, the combinations all over park will be key to find the right XI

I think Nunes should be the obvious #1 until we buy an actual one. Especially with Foden or Cherki in front of him.

Nunes needs Bernado in front of him, not sure Foden or Cherki offer him the same support. Nunes and Bernado are a great pair though. Could still see Bernie in the middle but covering RB as either Foden or Cherki could move inside.

We do need a RB though.

Possibly but what I saw yesterday made me think he's a bit like KDB more effective 1 on 1 or when he has room out wide.

Wydad's pressing was really good.. almost PL level pressing. Convinced he has talent but didn't have the room to do it yesterday.

Either way Pep will figure it out where to use him best!
