Dimarco’s delivery to Haaland and cut-backs to players like Marmoush or Reijnders would’ve been lethal. But with Nouri being younger and now links to Cherki coming in — who’s a creative force — Nouri makes a lot of sense but wish he was more defensively superior but I guess you can't have it all. His technical ability going forward is ridiculous, and he complements that attacking setup well. @Dax777 Lol, I know you do not like Italian players, coming out of Italy but yeah Dimarco would have been the one for me, not that I am not happy with Nouri.


MGW – A necessary evil for the homegrown quota and its price demands, but also brings that relentless energy we badly need in midfield. MGW gives us legs, pressing, and movement — all crucial traits.


Reijnders – I’ve been banging the drum and raving about him since last year. A quick defender (which came in a form of Khusanov thanks God), Reijnders and Marmoush weremy dream January signings. I’m thrilled we’re pushing to get this done.


Cherki – Wildly talented, insanely creative. Yes, he’s lazy and doesn’t last the full 90 at high intensity(hope he could drop weight), but his upside is huge. His close control and dribbling are exactly what we’ve lacked against low blocks. I always wanted someone like Musiala to unlock tight defenses — Cherki is right up there and not forgeting Bobb. He’ll feed Haaland and the rest with ease. Once he’s in the side, teams won’t know whether to sit deep or press — we’ll be unpredictable and devastating. We will be impossible to defend against.

@bluemoon32 It genuinely looks like the club is addressing every weak point. If we land these targets, we’re going to be eating good for a long time. I’m thrilled with the direction — get all these players, in this window then we will keep on competing and dominating! It is not over yet if we bag these players!

Lol, i actually like Dimarco. I see a lot of Zabaleta in him. I prefer Rayan though for the 2025 updated version of Man City :)

I don't hate all Italian talent, just find most of them overrated. :p

He was like Pep's personal coach and a good buffer between him & the squad.

I think if Gundo does stay next season, he should be a player/assistant coach

credited with doing alot of the one on one work. Arteta left. Palmer especially.

Yoooooh! The RUTHLESS PEP is BACK — no player or coaching staff is safe now. He’s not playing around this time! I just hope we bring in a world-class set-piece coach as well — that could take us to another level. @bluemoon32 We are coming for everything, that 5 in a row might be our next target, Pep is gone Nuclear mode!
 
Well, i sure hope our next set piece coach takes a bit more of an.. let's say, inventive approach, since we've been absolutely shocking at them this season

It's the right way or buying prices soar. The players we will move on have, largely, lower values.

Costco toilet rolls leave behind a lot of paper debris when you wipe. My toilet bowl looks like it's been hit with a blizzard.

Mrs Munson is incredibly annoyed that I buy it as, in her words, it leaves behind too much 'clitty litter'.
