If we are getting a keeper to replace Ederson I would go for Marc Andre ter Stegen from Barca they got a new keeper in and he was out injured last season has loads of experience too in big games. This is a no brainer keeper to get even short term until we are sure on our future number 1. Also Trafford is he as good as Ortega?? The jury is out. If we are looking to get a number 2 that's young a former player Bazuno would be a cheaper option also he's got international experience. I don't see either of the former players coming back at all. But we need a experienced keeper to replace Ederson who I hope stays this season he's the greatest keeper I have seen with the ball at his feet we will loose loads without his technique with the ball at his feet.

I think we get Costa and Trafford and both Ederson and Ortega leave.

Now that works. Although I've seen Costa make some right shockers.
No way will Trafford accept being number 2. He is ambitious and will have an eye on the WC and England’s number one position.

There is no way that we will spend over 80mil. for two keepers.
Also why would Trafford came back if not to be first choice.
And when it isn't matchday, it seems the same elsewhere.
I think, like in most areas of life, people are being the polarisation of social media to everywhere.

Agreed.
No chance we sign two goalkeepers.
If Trafford joins us it's to be the No.1 goalkeeper, He's not going to move to another club to sit on the bench especially with a World Cup coming up.
Ederson will leave the club in my opinion.
Ortega isn't good enough to be first choice, to be honest I'm not sure Trafford is either. Only one way to find out though.
Depends. On how it works out.
If it is another Angelino, then sends a terrible message.
I hope we will have learnt from that - it looked like poor treatment of a player (based on no inside knowledge).

That'll be 5 club trained players next season if he joins us, 2 of them still only 20.
Pope is older though. If you go for costa who is only 25 ( very young for a keeper) and Trafford who is 21 then he will never start. Especially when the other has a 50M price tag.
If Trafford is wise he will nice to Newcastle
