Of course not, but name me another team with basically two first choice goalkeepers, where it actually works out/ one doesn’t end up wanting to leave.

Usually the second choice isn’t as good. I don’t think ortega is as good as ederson, but the drop off isn’t huge

Do you think we’ll spend 100m on two keepers as well?
 
Sponsorship deals kicking in nicely then if we get both! lol While APT is fucked, bang the Etihad deal through, get the Abu Dhabi bank deal done and spend spend spend!

We wouldn’t want another “Cole Palmer” situation with Oscar, however it all depends on what game time he expects.
He’s had lengthy injuries this season and at 22 yrs old, he really needs to kick on.
I’m sure we’d like to keep him and see how progresses, but it’s what the player might want.
 
Could be a busy week this week then when players leaving and maybe 1-2 goalkeepers in? a week today the squad come back for pre season and i would imagine players wanting out would be easier sorted this week?

Slightly different at GK, because we wouldn't add one without replacing one.

But I think the claim is fabricated regardless, or at least the fee claimed.

If you have two first choice keepers, you have don't have any first choice keepers.

Depends if both our goalies go? Unless we get Trafford and a top goalie at around 36/38
 
Maybe we told ederson you can leave if you find a club and the fee is 20m no one offers that he will stay like Silva last 4 years
 
It's just gone too quiet with everything. I am guessing the club are thinking the Turkish links are BS. If they wanted the players there claiming they want we would of had bids by now. Hence why some deals are still in limbo. We got the players we wanted in early in the window. It will be like a domino effect once the players start to leave

Wouldn’t make sense to buy both. Seeing as Trafford is a bit of a project, we’d probably be more likely to buy someone above the level of Ortega who’s getting older to compete with him if we were to buy a third keeper of the window. If not, we’d probably promote someone from the academy.
