How much do you reckon Chelsea would want for Gusto? Just watching cherki France compilations, and Gusto and cherki have very good Chemistry it's like Gusto already knows what Cherki will do.
 
I swear there are certain posters on here are just here to be controversial to get people to post!

The only other reason I see they post utter tripe and big up other team players who haven’t even played one premier game yet is that they are not Man City supporters because how can you post such utter disdain about Man City players that won the lot!?

Fair play if it’s to generate posts because you doing a grand job in the close season!

I don’t understand any negativity on here !

We could not win the league for the next decade and I’d still be buzzing about everything we’ve done, the football we’ve played - some of our players are off the charts compared to the Ged Brannan’s of this world …..I wonder if these fans are all young and don’t remember what it’s like to be a city fan without money and success ?!?

25yr old vs 22 year old by the way. The discussion makes no sense. Both are good players and will most likely show their worth this season. Wirtz being higher rated than Foden isn’t new due to his age and display in the last 2 years despite being whole 3 years younger. It’s same with Musiala. Germany is lucky that they have the most appealing #10‘s right now.
 
We have the best ten. Cherki, his price and apparent attitude issues are the only reason he’s not being brought into these conversations.

the thing with these comparisons is wirtz has never played in the pl before so its impossible to judge how he will do , there is a chance he could do a kdb or there is a chance he could do a werner, both were fantastic in the german league, both had very different experiences in the pl and at this moment in time it could go either way.

Difference between Werner and Wirtz is that Werner was completely depended on his pace.
Even when he scored like a maniac in the Bundesliga he always wasted chances. He just got so many that he would obviously get his 20 goals. It’s not like he didn’t create chances for himself at Chelsea either but I guess he just wasn’t made for the environment - starting with his horrible English. Wirtz is better than Werner and that whole being younger than Werner was when he moved. 2 time POTY by the age of 20 and 21 with offensive players like Musiala and Kane in the league.

But if the PL case is being used for Wirtz then we should use it for Cherki too and not expect too much. PL faster than Ligue 1. Cherki had absolute freedom when playing for Lyon it won’t be the same here.

Absolutely we should, but i was using it in terms of a comparison to foden.

So what had Phil achieved in comparison with Wirtz up to the age of 22? Please list their relative accomplishments for all to see.

Foden in the best league in Europe. Wirts in a 3rd best league in Europe! Tells you Foden is better than Wirts now! Wirts in 6 years has stats to compare with Foden then I’ll say fair do’s he is as good as Foden!
