It's Quiet the £250m return

Arsenal still wanting Eze, is every club just saying fuck off to psr then?

Clubs are just getting around it all with clever accounting. In particularly with long contracts and mass amortisation.

Chelsea have led the way here. They are the pioneers of the modern PSR loopholes.

Plus, clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea have the trump cards of in worst case scenario, sell your women's team or club real estate.

It's the small to mid-table clubs who don't have the means to do all of this because they either cannot justify 6 or 7 years of many amortisation deals as they may not even be in the league and they don't have the means of other tangible assets that can offer up good money such as a successful women's team or real estate assets.

Real Madrid have been doing the real estate sell off for years.

Also with Arsenal, the 0% interest loans from board members hasn't been completely banned yet I don't think.

I don’t think Liverpool spending ‘monopoly money’ should have any effect on what we do. It’s doesn’t mean Liverpool are going to be good either.
Wise up. Liverpool were very good last season. Have bought some top players. They will be the team to chase.

Pep is no fool if Dias drops of this season he be on the bench
Who is gonna replace him though, unless somebody steps up, there’s no leadership or organisation at the back without him.

Need to sell a few defenders and buy a quick leader at the back, if we can find one

He's been absolutely bobbins for nearly two years now. I'm not having all this talk of that it's down to the fact of having Nunes or Rico at right back.

Dias had made numerous individual errors, constantly caught out of position and been turned inside out by bang average forward players in the Premier League.

Getting pissed off looking at all these constant selfies in women's clothing or whatever the fuck he's wearing. I've said it a long time now, He's the Portuguese Titus Bramble.

Couldn't care less what people think of the post either, The truth hurts.

Utter bollocks.

Most of the defence (and team) struggled last season. There was no Rodri in front of them and they were completely exposed, especially with Walker out at RB and two midfielders attempting to replace him.

The year before we won the league and battered Madrid in the CL but somehow just couldn’t score after they’d not even had a sniff at our place. I’d agree that he wasn’t at his absolute best that season, but he certainly wasn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination.

I think sometimes people forget just how hard it is to sign high quality players, and then the reality that these players also have off periods as well. Looking at our list of defenders and he’d be near the bottom of those I’d be wanting rid of if I had to make changes. Akanji, Stones & Ake would all be gone before Dias taking into account injury records. He’s better than any RB we have defensively and any LB as well.

Players like Dias don’t go on trees and to get someone who’s delivered what he has would take a huge amount of money and from a team that probably wouldn’t want to sell.

Give over on the Dias hate. Imagine a prime Kompany in a back line with a constantly changed partner, a make shift left back and right back that’s either a midget with no defensive capabilities or a converted box to box midfielder.

Peps high line tactics post Walker bailing the defence out with his pace don’t help him or any of the back line either.

Dias is one of the last players I’d be concerned about. Our worst run of form last season he was injured for the majority of it if I’m not mistaken. He literally went off at half time whilst we were 2-0 up against European Champions PSG in Jan and we ended up losing 4-2. He’s got his flaws but he’s our best CB currently
Really good take on Dias. Perfectly put - and will be perfectly ignored by the know nowts
