We were in dire need of a defender at the time. Moved quickly and aggressively to get our target.

Sky germany are reporting 200k including bonuses if you want another sauce.

It was also around that time that we were linked with Gabriel Sara. Despite the numerous links with other clubs all summer, he’s surprisingly still there.

Yeah but if you are prepared to pay 100m for a player then straight away they have the power knowing just how much he is wanted. He isn’t going to pay for peanuts after that but agree he was paid too much in hindsight
