I'm not saying they "must go" but we currently have Bobb/Savinho/Doku/Marmoush as wingers. It's safe to assume opposition defenders are not exactly having nightmares before they face us fearing the level they will be up against. Remember when we used to have world class Mahrez. Being the overlapped by world class Walker?I'm not saying they "must go" but we currently have Bobb/Savinho/Doku/Marmoush as wingers. It's safe to assume opposition defenders are not exactly having nightmares before they face us fearing the level they will be up against. We need at least one, preferably two, wingers with a goal threat.
Now we have a kid and whatever Nunes is supposed to be.
Opposition defenders could book annual leave and they’d be sweet.

As the dust settles, for all the moaning about the potential signing of MGW he would have been very useful today when Brighton upped the tempo.

The city squad needs 7/8 world class players to challenge for a title. Sprinkle in 3/4 good players and then squad/young players to fill the gaps with injuries etc.
We don’t have the spine anymore to carry the rest. Really need 3/4 new players to step up.
It is what it is. Don’t buy top quality get punished. We have been getting away with it for years. I feel for pep. It’s like, buy this promising player and pep will make him world class.
Took him for granted these last couple of seasons. Should have spent top fees on world class players.
This was always coming. It’s like doing a Southampton, sell your best each season and finally you will get relegated.
City, it’s buy good players, watch legends leave and don’t buy world class to replace. Eventually the level drops.
Stop taking the piss. To get back on top we need 4 world class players to come in.
Squad balance is not right.
So either back pep to the hilt and get him proper A list players or let the man go.
