Quite baffling that messi's lawyers advised him to send the burofax and not attend training in the first place if they now believe their position is weaker in court

Just guessing that Messi hoped Barce would agree to letting him leave amicably, now that they haven’t, and the legal position was probably never going to be straightforward, then I assume he is not keen for a fight, with the club he loves. I can understand that. Assuming this is what pans out
