Cancelo got injured with Portugal. Apparently, he’s back after the next international break.

It’s possible - if somewhat expensive - to not offload anybody & leave someone out of the champs league squad and just have them around for the EPL squad (Torres is u21 for that).

There’s also an option not to have Carson as the 3rd Champs League keeper and go with an academy keeper as third choice. Bit of a risk but maybe worth it.

Well, i havent had time to see the reports, but if the journos have printed the stories as their own ( not mentioning any other paper in their article, for example like daily mail saying "as per the Telegraph"), in that case, they have all got their info directly from the Club and it's a club brief

It only picks up pace if Zinchenko leaves. But he’s injured now and might stay.
