Damn. Semedo and Nouri would be starting full backs for a lot of top clubs.
Semedo tried to be he was rubbish.

Zinny is still only 23,5 years younger than Tagliafico, he's won 7 domestic trophies with City, Ukrainian player of the year 2019, 33 Ukrainian senior caps as a midfielder scoring 5 goals. He works very hard at his game and a player who can fill in at the back and midfield and doesn't whinge when on the bench has a value for a club.
Remember Rodri is still learning, Ferna was a late bloomer, he didn't have these traits till his second season under Pep when he was 32. He will be fine, it's the toughest role to play in our side, and most demanding in a Pep system. Only the finest have been able to play and become good, Rodri can't be that in a year. I think by end of this season we will see improvement, and there will likely come a time in future where he's actually able to position himself better and be defensively aware to the point he can play a lone DM like Busquets could (his closest profile). Some may argue his replacement is already there in Rodri
Micah Richards made a great point , Rodri doesn't sense danger like Fernandinho. This year he has to improve that aspect of his game

The whole Barça team last year was rubbish to be fair. Most modern full backs aren't good at defending and you saw when the defensive burden increased Alba didn't look that great either. It can happen.Semedo tried to be he was rubbish.
Rodri wouldn't sense danger in a room of serial killers.
Where did this idea come from? this idea that dinho wasn't a quality cm/dm until pep? the man was brilliant under Pellegrini, won the pl in his first season here. Dinho was like plug and play, he wasn't a late bloomer in anyway!Remember Rodri is still learning, Ferna was a late bloomer, he didn't have these traits till his second season under Pep when he was 32. He would, just after they had all mugged him and left him for dead. Akin to him turning up just outside the penalty box with his arms in the air in disbelief 10 seconds after we’ve just conceded.
Saying that we’re all going to have to get behind him sooner rather than later, and hope for improvement. Otherwise it’s going to be a long and frustrating season
It would be a golden invitation to dispute the clubs compliance. There is/was no "separate" Messi account. No it wasn't as Prestwich blue and others have said. Do you really think the club are sitting on a pile of money that's hidden away with a big label Messi money only.
Anyone know a decent household cleaner?
