If Ota and Zin leave that could accomodate three more so called foreign players and it seems to me if Stones has sorted himself out then Havertz, Aoura, and Nouri would be the ideal three to come in. Sorts out attack, midfield and left back. Could be a load of old bollocks mind. :-)
