surely it’s not that simple though? It’s possible the economics don’t/can’t work. New contracts for Serb, Kevin, Raheem would Have to follow.
it would totally go against our conduct as a club with regards to paying whatever necessary to Get someone over the line. I want to believe but I dont see us paying what’s needed.
Why would new contracts have to follow? This wouldn’t be us signing Sanchez for 500k a week to waddle around the pitch for a few weeks before being paid to go to Inter.
This is Messi, with respect to all our players none of them in their wildest dreams can produce a season that Messi can on a bad year. it’s a very easy job for Txiki if players agents start banging on the door for better deals “your client produces Messi numbers then we can talk”
