Every few hours I pop onto this thread and get a feeling of "This isn't actually happening is it?". Messi at City? Messi's gonna pitch up at Turfmoor next season, and play in snow and put up with Scott McTominay winning player of the year despite breaking all goal and assist records?

And then you think back to every time we just needed someone to beat a man in the box last season, or come up with a moment of magic to unlock a defence. Or every time we needed someone to sink the first chance they get.

KDB with 10 yards extra space. Sterling getting another 20 chances a season.

Barcelona fans have something called MOTMOTM - Man of the Match other than Messi. Because he's the best player on the pitch by a mile in every. single. game.

Is this happening? Surely not.
