I don't think we're going into the season without another CB in and Otamendi out.
I've come around to Diego Carlos after watching the Roma game, he's back on TV vs. Wolves tonight.
If Napoli won't play ball, £67m on Carlos will fill the gap, and selling them Angelino really makes sense as well with them losing Reguillon so I'd hope that happens.
Yeah this is a very fair point. I was speaking to someone who knows Spanish football pretty well and he told me that despite only having one season, Carlos is fantastic, proper old school in terms being a tough bustard but good on the ball and quick.
I think City will soon enough move on from Koulibaly, its obvious that there's an issue with the two clubs after Jorginho and I think having a flat fee just makes it easier to get the deal, plus I think we have a much better relationship with Sevilla too.
