As stated previously, if City indicate they want him gone, and they haven't, then he is more than prepared to sit tight for the final two years of his deal.
He will make up the lost wages on a free transfer to a club of his choosing.

Even if we wanted to sell Sterling I don't think he would want to leave I mean why would you? the best team in the land and all the world. That's why when we need to sell it is a pain in the arse.
