Came in handy when that CL game against Leverkusen (was it?) was called off because of the thunderstorm. Didn't have to get piss wet through!Used to box for them for a bit after a few of us had a bit of a falling out with Ardwick Lads Club. That youth club there in West Gorton was a fucking dive. Only a short stroll from the Etihad!

Not sure. It did have lights on from time to time, but never saw anyone go in or out. We lived opposite Gorton Park, so went past the place daily.Is it still open, that place?
