You cannot tell me you saw some of those crosses in the box today and did not wonder what would've happened if there was a striker there. Yes Arsenal were dreadful and we scored 5, but there will be times when chances like those are few and far between against tougher opposition, crying out for a striker's touch.

Great win today but let's not get away from the fact that Arsenal were VERY poor.

We need a striker before the window closes.

And he was gash in many of those. If Mendy was ever on the lineup sheet there was a higher probability of a bonehead defensive gaff that shipped points out

The point is,while we would obviously be better with the option,we can be very effective without one.It isnt the season killer some would want us to believe.

Let’s be honest Arsenal & Norwich are hardly the tough, tight games we’ll most likely face against the likes of Chelsea or Liverpool where one chance taken or missed is the difference.

Don’t think not having a stellar striker will hinder us too much in the league since with the amount of games there are always further opportunities to make up for it, but may cost us in the knockout comps.

It didnt last year and we have a more developed Torres,a world class Grealish,and Delap kicking the first team door down.
