Haaland is setting records coz he's beating other youth players, Lewandowski is literally breaking every bundesliga record

Also why does this mean Haaland is never going to join us

We can still activate his clause next summer if we want, or we could just buy him at another time

Purely anecdotal, but I’ve not really seen much haaland speculation/media talk in the past few weeks, leading me to think that it’s a done deal to City

Don't need to agree with me, I realise I'm in the minority

But how often do we get the chance to buy a player who is the best in the world in their position which just so happens to be a position we are looking to buy

No brainer imo

Also Dortmund rejected over £100mil for Sancho, they could easily hold out for €150mil for Haaland, their model isn't about maximising profits, its about making profits but also getting results on the pitch, which is why they often wait a year later to let their players go
