Ah Gabigol. I remember when Jesus signed for City and there was a lot of talk about this Barbosa potentially being the better player. He was likened to Tevez in style by many pundits. But unlike Gabby who hit the ground running, he never seemed to settle in Europe. There is definitely a good player in there somewhere but not for us

He didn’t have much of a chance and to be fair, didn’t put much of an effort. But right now he’s the best player in the best team of South America. He’s 100% ready for Europe
