Partey was always the guy in midfield who caught my eye, rather than the other two and Rodri.

It's hard to judge a midfielder playing in an Atletico team. Especially a defensive one. They are such a solid well organised team and that makes it hard to judge.

Pep literally did this when he signed Mahrez.

Mahrez had a great season, but we didn’t need to buy him because we had a very solid Bernardo playing RW and rotating with Raz.

I do think Khaldoon's recent interview about being "canny" and creative in the market is starting to show itself by some of these suggestions players will be moving out.

We want Kane and Grealish, which is more than the cash at hand.

There's no way we would press ahead on these for so long if we didn't have a fair indication from members of our current squad as to who might be open to moving on.

Moreso, in Mendes, we have an agent who knows exactly what each club is after.

True, on some deals particularly with Wolves - not with us though. I've spoken to agents before and that is on the very very high end of the scale. FIFA are wanting to clamp down on percentages that high though.
