I know all are talented. But look at what Aguero became here.

kane will always be Spurs and Messi of course could score 50 goals at city but it would be nothing more than a footnote in his career. We’re a bigger club than that and signing Haaland would be the right move in terms of replacing Aguero.
If we are going to sign a striker I'm hoping the same as you, A young striker like Haaland that be with us for 10-12 years scoring goals year in year out putting his name into the MCFC history books and becoming a legend at the club.

kane will always be Spurs

Will he though?

If Kane came here at 27 and won the fucking lot over a 7 year spell or so, 3 or 4 league titles, half a dozen cups and a CL, he'd probably have scored as many goals for City, and have 99% of the big photographic moments of his career in a City shirt.

David Villa. You think of Valencia, sure, but you also think Pep's Barca.

Robben. Do you think Chelsea, Real...or Bayern?

People will always remember Kane being "One of their own", but if he comes here and succeeds his achievements individual and team will overshadow that part of his career.

So it’s a player who spends their whole career here or nothing? Weird logic. Always mad to think Haaland with his agent would be here long enough to build a legacy.
