Of all the players we are thinking of selling or using as part of a swap Bernardo should be at the bottom of the pile. He’s a great footballer and we would be instantly weaker without him. I’d have him over Grealish and day of the week.

They haven't sorted season tickets yet and you think we will have sorted a transfer out

I'm aware of that chap Immobile but who is this stagnant fella?

And I certainly wouldn't sell Bernardo if it means immobile will be in midfield. His best position is up front.
I’m not trying to have a pop at our mfs but there are times when the mid field is on absolute stand still but bernie is alway trying to open up with his never ending runs or dropping all the back to receive the ball .

What have I missed? Why do people think getting rid of Bernardo would solve any of our problems? Are we really that desperate for a new toy?

In my opinion, Bernardo is a dream player to have in a squad. Never complains, works hard, top quality and versatile. We dont need the money, he has said nothing about wanting to leave, so why on earth would we sell him? Makes zero sense.

I’m absolutely a Bernardo Silva fan. Problem is he hasn’t been the same player since the Mendy tweet incident that some idiots determined to be vicariously offended made an issue of it. Pep admitted it affected Bernardo quite badly. Maybe that is also on his mind?
Bernardo, one more unfortunate victim of 'woke' madness!
