join the cup direct schem and that will knock a fair chunk off that £60

I dont always have the money in my account/ or the right account at the tim ehwne they go on sale. The cup direct scheme isnt for everyone. I dont like the idea of paying just so i can speak to some one to take my money of me, however you dress it up your charging fans twice.

You don't have to. Get to the ground.
The Arsenal tickets were on sale before and after Burnley.

ticketline are where a lot of the problems are at with regards to numbers left and so on. IMO we should have all ticket sales going through the club

Dont really have a lot of time on match days, not me who drives us their. I do go down to the ground when i can for tickets, but i an only do that by hiding from work, and i work in Rochdale so its not a five min job. I Wouldnt be half as bothered if i was allowed to reserve my seats online, just annoying that because i take my son to sit in the family stand im not allowed.

Don't forget the premium rate 0870 number. Booking fees are like the add-ons with airline tickets just a way of advertising the price cheaper. After all, if you went into a shop and expected to pay the advertised 45p price of a Mars Bar but you were then charged 5p for the transaction you wouldn't be happy and this is what I think Sniff is getting at

This is how Ridiculous the booking fee situation/problem is.

My girlfriend bought her daughter a £1 ticket for the Arsenal game.(Kids for a quid) The booking fee cost more. f***ing potty!

I once bought 4 cup tickets, not sure who now, but the booking fee came to £16. Almost the same pricre as a £20 seat. City should take selling tickets back inhouse and f*** Ticketline off. It's just a money making piss take.

I got sick of the booking fees a few seasons ago. It was costing an extra £4.50 for each cup game (back when it was £1.50 per ticket). So we are now in the cup scheme direct. The saving could buy me a pint & a pie at the ground and it's better in my pocket than their's.

This ^^^^^

Some of you are missing the point. Even though i dont agree with it I have come to accept the booking fee where there is postage etc involved. But how can a fee (The same) apply when it is for a cup game, in your own seat when no postage is involved. All though I mentioned it dont get me started on two/three or even four fees etc when they are all booked on the same debit card going to the same address

If you book tickets for a concert through ticketmaster you have to pay a booking fee, even when you choose to print off your own tickets. No postage involved, that's just the way it is. After all it's a booking fee, not a postage cost fee.
