It says in the Times that Lescott has pleaded with Moyes to talk to us

Joleon Lescott will plead with David Moyes, his Everton manager, to be allowed to talk to Manchester City.

Everton rejected a £15million bid on Friday for the England defender, who travelled to the United States yesterday afternoon for a club training camp in Seattle, but he has told team-mates that he wants to hear their plans.

City are expected to raise their offer to about £18million, with Mark Hughes having identified Lescott as a priority while continuing his pursuit of John Terry, the England captain.

Lescott, 26, is not a natural agitator and is reluctant to antagonise Moyes by pushing for a transfer, but he believes that joining City would strengthen his claim for a place in England's starting line-up in next summer's World Cup finals.

It is quite embarrasing that I'm having to clue you in, but you've got it into your head that you are cleverer than everyone else, and seem incapable of doing the research for yourself. before i start i want you to know i like the ITK stuff as i have said before, but this % thing leaves me a bit confused for how can deals for lescott be 100% done when by your scale the deal is not past the30% stage also the etoo deal was apparently100% done and we know what happened there and terry 70% how can this be when city have not agreed a fee with chelsea
i think SM321 has a good source but his problems are arrising when he attaches percentages to deals if i were him i would stop this and he would not be able to be shot at

Don't think spurs was following the percentage layout, I just thinks he was guesstimating the chances, meaning there are more problems still to be resolved in the terry deal than the toure deal.. But he seems sure that mud head is joining which I think will be good for us, lescott is v versatile while I don't really want terry or toure... Past their best, and we already have one of those stood next to big ned

In that case perhaps SM can tell us the order in which the fat waiter will dismantle his squad to pay off the red dippers debts and raise enough money to build a decent stadium - I'd start with Alonso followed by Mascherano...
