The only advocate is Cozy Powell.
I've no need to say anything. This post says it all.Yes. They’re making me not want to attend, they are that annoying!
We had a good few years without letting them in and CL nights were much more enjoyable for it.
Last two games have been ruined by the drum. Their bloke was raising his arms above his head and absolutely twatting the drum on every beat. I could barely hear their fans chanting over it, never mind any murmurs of our fans chanting.
I love a good atmosphere, but drums do not make them.
Sick of them. If they’re back for CL games, I think I’ll pull out of the Cup Scheme, I hate them that much.
Choreographed football fans are wank. Nothing but male cheerleaders. Leave cheerleading for the girls, at least the girls shake their pom-poms now and again.
Drowned out by the drum and the coordinated idiots when any attempt was madeI really hate the incessant noise. It's not support it's just mindless drone. However, our support is even worse. Some City fans berate the club for adding some hospitality seats in the new North Stand but what do they do against Leverkusen? Just stand in stony silence for 90 minutes.
If the main singing section was in the North Stand it would be a lot easier for our fans to get the rest of the fans singing, if only we could ?Drowned out by the drum and the coordinated idiots when any attempt was made
What about half and half drums? ok? View attachment 175920
The first time they've banned the Drum was vs Bayern in the QF during the treble season.
I thought this was one of the best decisions the club ever made, and made European Nights far more enjoyable, and helped our atmosphere out massively. This is something that fans seem to have unanimously agree on.
Only City would take a decision as successful and well received as that, and completely reverse it.
Once again proof that the people in charge really are clueless.
Its the annoying bang bang bang that is the reason to ban drums my head cant stand themEven without a drum the Ultras would outsing us on the evidence of last night's pathetic home support.
Our CL crowds are not the same as our PL crowds. If the club banned drums again, like they did previously, it wouldn't make a difference to our non existent support on a CL night.
