The commentators were not impartial. English team V a foriegn team, you would have thought that they would be behind City. How I didn't smash the tv up I don't know.

I think it was a biased commentary.
Towards the end he got his usual rag quote in. Something about "Chicharito header).

I thought the coverage was awful. It annoys me that ITV employ such overtly pro-English team bias when commentating on European matches, I prefer to hear a balanced, unbiased commentary. But to hear them be so clearly biased towards Poznan was absolutely bizarre. You could hear the absolute disappointment in their tone when we were level and that twat Tyldsley sounded like he had spaffed all over Coleman when they scored at the end. When he mentioned that Mexican twat after the fluke goal, I nearly threw my drink at the TV. Basically ITV were there in the desperate hope of seeing the 3rd defeat in a row, the whole prog was based around it and it was mentioned every 30 seconds.

As per usual the apologists on here will claim that we are all paranoid, no doubt it was a fair
and balanced commentary and reflected how poor we were. I have never heard an English team so discriminated against and it's beyond a joke now. Is ITV 4 actually Polish Tv?

Even if Coleman and Ragsley were not biased (big if), they were ill-informed.

Everton fan here, I watched the City game and have watched quite a bit of City recently.... I have noticed alot of City bashing, its almost like they want you to fail because of the money you have....For that bellend Coleman to say it was a poor defensive header was rediculous....if that was Ferdinand or Terry for example, it would have been unlucky....
