On freesat i think you just press the red button (if you have a HD TV)

Not sure about the V+ box.

Go on the itv hd channel and then flick back on to the normal one again. The difference is outstanding, normal one looks blurred

only via red button on Freesat / Freesat from SKY
or via the workaround on SKY HD with the latest updates.

not available on Freeview HD or V+ HD yet
