I've just saved the Australian government $70 a week

How ?
Over the last 3 months I have lost 11 kilos in weight I work that out to be 24lbs.
I've done it basically by cutting out carbs, fried foods and sweet things I like cake and ice cream etcetera.
I take long walks and swim.

I found out on Friday that my cholesterol level is very low now and my blood pressure has also dropped significantly so I can now stop taking drugs for these conditions.
The cost of these two medicines is about $72 a week but because I'm over 60 I get them basically free so that's how I've saved the government money.
I feel a real sense of achievement as well as feeling better physically, I'm determined to keep my present weight which is 70 kilos. I'm 176 cm tall.
Watched a documentary where 2 doctors got 2 groups of patients who were on all sorts of drugs for cholesterol and bp. Add in the drugs they needed to counter-act the side effects of the other drugs and they were munching mountains of shit.
One group gave them all up and started regular gentle exercise via a walkiing club. Almost every one of them saw their health improve dramatically.

Can you link it please?

Good work op but do have the odd carb and 15 blob ice cream cornet otherwise it will all get way too worrisome. Let moderation be your watchword.
